  Hired from Autoclick in the last month, purchased the full insurance with an extra driver. New car provided with less then 3000 kn on the clock. Good pick up and return to the airport. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

  Great car rental company, they have a shuttle bus which runs to and from the airport for you. The staff were friendly and patient, unfortunately we we're having problems with our credit card when trying to put down the deposit but the staff were very nice and let us use their wifi to solve our issue rather than pushing us pay higher premiums for services like other car hire companies try to do. The car was perfectly fine. Would definitely recommend!

  Helpful and friendly staff. Ride with the shuttle service to and from the rental office is short as it is close from the airport. The car was clean and had 11k km on it. Overall a very nice experience.

  They also tried to charge me €30 late fee because I arrived at 22:15 not 22:00.

  Stung me with surprise charge of €105 for insurance, even though my printed voucher said "€0 to pay on arrival" as I had prepaid on my debit card. Reason given was that they couldn't "hold" the warranty deposit on my debit card and could only do that on a credit card. I don't own a credit card and they wouldn't let me leave until I paid the full insurance cost (€105).

  I've avoided car rental for years as it has a bad reputation. I had read good reviews about the company on Google and also on other websites. I purchased the full package with damage waiver and extra driver included. The car did in fact have a few scratches on when we return the car due to having the top of package and damage waiver No Deal was made of it and no extra charges were given. I would certainly rent through auto click again a good quality car which only had 3000 kilometres on the clock at the start of the rental. A good honest company and a good fair price I will be returning at some point.
